These terms apply between you as a guide ("the Guide") and Niklas Sandberg, Swedish org. no. 861002-4674 ("Guidera", "we"), when you use Guidera's booking platform at guidera.se.

1. What Guidera is

Guidera is a tool that lets you, as a guide, list tours, share your own booking link, and take bookings with a deposit paid directly into your own Stripe account. Guidera does not broker the tours themselves and is not a party to the agreement between you and your customer — that agreement is made directly between you when the customer books.

2. Subscription and payment

Guidera costs SEK 349/month excluding VAT. New accounts get a 14-day free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment — cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. We charge the card you provide at sign-up via our payment provider, Stripe.

3. Payments from your customers

Deposits your customers pay go via Stripe directly to your own connected Stripe account — Guidera takes no commission per booking. Stripe's own transaction fee for the payment method the customer chooses (card, Swish, or Klarna) is deducted before the deposit reaches your account, as with any payment service. You are responsible for handling tax, VAT, and bookkeeping for the amounts you receive. Stripe's own terms and fees apply to the payment processing itself.

4. Your responsibilities as a guide

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you list about your tours (price, maximum number of participants, times) is accurate, that you hold any permits required to run your business, and that you handle cancellations, refunds, and customer contact with your own customers yourself, unless otherwise stated in these terms.

5. Weather rules

If you enable weather rules for a tour, we monitor SMHI's forecast against the thresholds you set yourself and get in touch if the tour looks like it may be unsuitable. This is a tool to help you — the final decision on whether a tour goes ahead, changes, or is cancelled is always yours.

6. Limitation of liability

Guidera is provided as-is. We are not responsible for how your tours are carried out, for disputes between you and your customers, or for outages caused by third-party services (e.g. Stripe or SMHI) that are outside our control.

7. Termination on our part

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or is used for unlawful activity.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or on the site well in advance of them taking effect.
